    My recent stay was disappointing. I had already submitted my id with photo during the booking process, but the staff still insisted on clicking additional pictures at the hotel, which made me feel uncomfortable. I booked the hotel through a booking site, but when I called the hotel directly, they said my booking was not confirmed and even after payment, I might not be allowed to check in. This created unnecessary stress and felt very unprofessional. Additionally, the setup box/TV connection was not recharged. I informed the staff and requested them to recharge it, but they did not take any action. Overall, the service and coordination were poor.
