The property was exceptional. I loved that it was in a gated area which made us feel secure. I liked that there were elevators and carts to bring our belongs up and down. The area was really nice and walkable. The beach was amazing. The water was clean and clear.

I didn’t like that I paid nearly $300 for a cleaning fee and then I was told that I had to clean the property myself.

The 2 minute walk to the beach was the best part! It was also nice having an elevator to lug all of our things to our unit. The condo is all around super spacious for 2 families.

***ONLY ONE PARKING SPOT PER UNIT!!** The facility is very clean, except for the fridge coils. There is a huge safety hazard for small children, as there is no lock on the inside of the unit. My 2.5 year old easily opened the door outside several times. See both videos regarding the issues. Parking: On Booking.com, it only states that parking is free on the premises. Nowhere does it state that there is only one parking spot per unit. This caused a huge inconvenience for me and my family, as we brought 2 cars. We had to car shuffle every day. Fridge: Upon arrival, we spent over $300 on groceries. An hour after we got everything unloaded, our food started to warm up. I’m talking about produce, eggs, milk.. We investigated the fridge and found that the coils are caked in dust. We attempted to vacuum out the dust, hoping it would help cool down the fridge, but had no success. We had to buy coolers and several bags of ice, which cost us over $50. We called the emergency line located on the fridge, and they said they would send someone over first thing in the morning. By noon the next day, no one had showed up. We eventually got everything sorted out, but were overall disappointed in the lack of urgency and attention to the issue, as the maintenance people didn’t seem concerned about the fridges ability to barely maintain temperatures at food safety regulations.
