Everything was new and clean. The villa itself is only a couple of years old. Staff communication was exceptional. We asked about a toaster and they went and bought a new one for us and delivered it to the villa within half an hour of our arrival. One evening, our water was low, and I sent a message expecting it to be replaced the next day when cleaning was done, but a staff member arrived immediately with a replacement bottle. The office is on site at the front of the 3 villas and is staffed until 8pm every day. They provided two cans of mosquito spray to spray in your rooms. There is a large supermarket just around the corner, a 1 minute walk from the villa.
This villa was on the wrong side of the highway, and it was very dangerous to cross the busy highway twice a day when we walked to and from the tourist precinct in Sanur. It was a half hour walk to main tourist attractions in Sanur. There was little direct sunlight on the pool due to the double storey villa and 2 storey villas next door. The pool water was consequently rather cold. We purchased our own mozzie coils and repellent spray as this was not provided like other villas we have stayed in.
