Genuine Guest House stay in Sanur, directly opposite the new ICON shopping centre. It is a guest house. It is not a 5 star hotel. It offers small, clean and comfortable rooms with a bed some furniture. The rooms are clean and feature a traditional Balinese entrance door, the garden is well kept and the free breakfast is very basic. The room is great value for money. The location is a short walk down a small side road and is fairly quiet despite the main road nearby. There are many places to eat from the local Warung on the corner (try the Nasi Goreng special) or fancy places on the beach. To get to the beach just cross the road and walk through the big shopping centre and you have arrived. I will stay here again.

The room was not the biggest but it had everything you needed. Loved that they have dark curtains so you could block out the light.
I wished there were bed-lamps so you could read at night. As it is right next to Icon mall you could hear the whistle from the car guys guiding traffic out from the mall. But it stopped not long after 10pm when the mall closes.
