Tutto. L'albergo è splendido, un vero boutique hotel arredato con tantissimo gusto, uno staff molto attento e una pulizia impeccabile. La struttura è composta da 3 mini hotel connessi tra loro, uno più bello dell'altro, sono abitazioni tipiche di Mèrida che sono state adibite ad alloggi, con una qualità-prezzo impressionante. Alloggiare qui è stata un'esperienza molto piacevole e rilassante.

Niente, è tutto perfetto. Unico mini appunto, la zona per quanto sia comunque parte del centro storico è nella parte più "residenziale" e con poche attività, quindi comunque c'è da camminare ogni volta una ventina abbondante di minuti per andare nella parte più centrale della città, niente di infattibile, semplicemente da sapere.

Drink di benvenuto, saponi e creme di qualità invece delle solite cose commerciali. Camere con arredamento molto accogliente e ricercato. Colazione molto buona

Phenomenal experience. Good value for money. Building looked like it came straight from Pinterest. It had a kitchen you can use and unlimited water supply. Breakfast was really good!

Swimming pool was dirty upon arrival, but in the afternoon someone came by to clean it.

Pros- • Quirky, boutique hotel • Rooms were decorated nicely and comfortable • A warm welcome upon check-in • A few minutes’ walk from the bus station • Breakfast was served in their kitchen and made to order from a set menu (fruit and coffee were provided upon sitting down). Additional drinks or food items had additional costs

Cons- • The location of the hotel is on a desolate, rough and ugly street which felt unsafe to walk on especially when it was dark-it is a strange location for the hotel. It is at least a 15-minute walk to the centre. This ruins the experience of staying in Merida • When it rained, as there was a large gap under the door, it flooded the floor. • The bathroom is small and lacked storage space for your bathroom essentials • We had a room on the terrace facing the street and this could be loud at times • We had paid for breakfast and as we were going on an excursion early in the morning, we asked if breakfast could be made to takeaway. We were told that this would cost extra for a sandwich and coffee. We were not impressed!
