Cozy studio/room in the heart of aventura. walking distance to aventura Mall, Brightline Train Station, and nearby shops. less than a mile from the beautiful sunny isles beach, 15 min from bal harbor shops, 25 min from south beach, wynwood. 25 min to Miami International Airport or Ft Lauderdale International.

Great location, just outside of Aventura. Perfect for where I needed to be. If I could give it 4.5 stars I would. My only issue is, since you're renting a room, you have no control over the HVAC. I didn't sleep well. I like to sleep in a cold room. There's no thermostat (that I could find) to control the temperature of the room. You're at the mercy of others in the house. The ceiling fan didn't help keep me cool at night. If I could control the temperature, I'd stay here again.

My boyfriend and I came to Miami to go to Oleta State Park and kayak over to Sandspur island with the raccoons. The room was only a 5-7 minute drive from the park, so that was really nice. The room was clean and it was an easy check-in process. It’s also close to a lot of good restaurants. We will definitely be back at some point.

I was here with my husband and my pet for 4 days. Everything was great, clean and comfortable. The location also is very central you have many places around to go.
