We had a group of 6 stay here for 3 days while attending a music festival in Clinton IA. The location is convenient and the property is very well stocked and comfortable. The deck was an awesome hang out spot and the property was clean and well kept. We'll definitely stay again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property situated beautifully on the banks of the Mighty Mississippi River. The property is well-appointed and comfortable. The deck that extends along the length of the home is a perfect perch for watching the prolific bird and waterfowl life and the barge traffic that regularly passes by. The gas grill is ideal for cooking out as you enjoy the view. The beds are comfy and the kitchen well stocked.
Our host, Mitch, was a great communicator and always a step ahead of us. This property is highly recommended!
