Hi! I’m your host Katy! I’ve been a superhost with this property on a different rental site for about 2 years and just adding it here too! :)
The Yellow Door is a newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath ranch style home in the Charlotte Park neighborhood of West Nashville. It’s a quiet residential area of town that’s still very accessible to the high way and most areas of town. We have a fenced in back yard perfect for a pup, ( we just ask that any pets stay off of the furniture.)

15 min from downtown. (Without taking consideration downtown traffic once you are IN downtown. Navigating traffic through downtown can greatly very by time of day and events happening.)

-No illegal substances
-No smoking inside house

The house was perfect...was in town for Tennessee State's homecoming, so wanted a house close to campus. Location was great, the house was spacious, beautifully renovated with all the amenities. Highly recommend staying here.

Rental was exactly as described. Neighborhood was nice. Check in process was easy and Katy was very helpful. No issues whatsoever.

We came to Nashville to see my daughter that just got engaged. We had a great weekend together. The house was a great gathering spot and we will be returning in the coming months as we plan he wedding I am sure. It is in a great location and had everything we needed.
