Easy check-in and checkout. There was more kitchen, pool, and beach supplies than expected. Pool was great. The beach was very calm and uncrowded. Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Great fenced in yard for dogs. Great pool. The king and queen beds were very comfortable. The only 2 downsides were that there was a missing outlet cover in the living room and the twin beds were horrible uncomfortable for adults, would probably be fine for kids though.

Great house in good location. Well managed property. Close enough to most things you want to do in St. Augustine but far enough away to avoid the crowds.
