This home is not equipped with air-conditioning.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We were excited to stay on Harstine Island on July 4th (out third time) however the check in process was bumpy, both provided and backup code to the gate did not work this is a private community so no other way to get in. We attempted to call Vacasa w/o response and local office didn’t answer:( we finally drove in following a golf cart of locals. Home was good, situated in the woods not too far from the pool. Strong WiFi made it easy for my wife to work and kids to stream their shows! Home had almost all necessities and neighborhood was quiet and pleasant.
