Sitting on its own hill, this Northshore house is designed to feel like a getaway with all the accessibility of a town home. In the heart of Chattanooga, you will have access to any outdoor activity along with th comforts of the city. All of this within a few miles from the driveway.

Less than a mile from Coolidge park sitting along the Tennessee River for afternoon swims and picnics.

First to know is that this is an older home but in a nice neighborhood. The amenities are adequate, the house is very comfortable and the beds are outstanding. The location is wonderful in regards to grocery, pharmaceutical and dining needs plus walking trails in nearby Coolidge Park and the "walking bridge". You are also about a mile from the aquarium and other attractions. Lookout Mountain and Ruby Falls are just a few minutes up the road. There is easy access on/off the major freeways but you don't have the freeway noise. Big plus - no train noise. We were there for two months due to a family member's hospitalization and were well attended to by our wonderful host. Any issue was quickly resolved. If you do not need a fancy lodging with pool, work out room, etc. this little house will be just what you are looking for.
