Recently renovated stone house in the countryside, located close to the city center and Rennes-Lorient axis. 40 minutes from Vannes and the gulf, 20 minutes from Rennes. The house has 3 bedrooms, a large swimming pool 4 beds, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a terrace of 55 m2, a large swimming pool, a living room of 36 m2, a large insert with firewood available, air conditioning, a plot of 4000 m2, geothermal underfloor heating. Ordinary coffee maker+dolce gusto+senseo+sheet+ towels
Breakfast.
Dolce Gusto pods, tea and sugar are provided free of charge.
Otherwise it is possible to have breakfast for 8 euros/pers (ham, yogurt, butter, eggs, jam, croissants, bread, fruit...)
The accommodation
The house is located right next to the forest of Paimpont and its legends. 40 minutes from the beaches of Morbihan. On the terrace there is a large teak table with extensions, parasols, 6 chairs, 8 sun loungers, 3 hammocks available, an electric barbecue and another charcoal grill...
