It has a lovely 46 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a 100 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A bar area adjoining the kitchen
Upstairs (accessible by stairs)
- On the landing is the laundry room with a tumble dryer, washing machine, ironing board and steam generator
- Family bedroom: A double bed (140×190), a bunk bed (sleeps 2) and a desk
- Bedroom 2: A double bed (140×190) and a dressing table
- Bedroom 3: A double bed (140×190) and a desk
- Bathroom with bath and double washbasin

- A private 8×4m swimming pool, open from April to October, protected by a retractable dome, secure and fenced with a secure gate for children's access. It is heated to 28°C. Equipped with a chlorine-free bio-UV treatment. Opening dates non-contractual, subject to change
- A jacuzzi for up to 5 people, available all year round and equipped with a safety cover with a simplified opening mechanism.
Not suitable for children under 16
- A 100 m² fenced garden with a small gate giving access to the swimming pool. It is equipped with a year-round private spa in the lounge area and sun loungers
- A south-facing terrace of around 45 m² with a pergola comprises the dining area, a Weber gas barbecue with cover, followed by garden furniture with armchairs, sofa and parasol
