- Meeting/banquet facilities;
- Laundry & Dry Cleaning facilities;

None of the advertised extras were available, such as : pool, hot tub, breakfast, bar, and the “ snack” corner had 7 lunch size bags , not nearly close to the picture. The room was nice and clean and the bed and linens were really nice.

The property and customer service were excellent!
Messaged host the night prior and was told pool and hot tub were not available until further notice and that our two rooms couldn't be guaranteed to be together. Upon check in (early even), Beth gladly gave us keys to the room that was ready and encouraged my kids to go for a swim. She had no idea what I was talking about when I said I was told the pool was not available.

We booked here for the pool and hot tub, but when we got there we were told it was under major repair and renovation and would not be open until April 10 and then on top of that the first Two days we had cold water only to Luke warm. No one made us aware and management did not return my call. Staff was nice. We did get hot water finally so they must’ve fixed the problem.
