There is a trampoline for the kids
The master bedroom has a 2 person jaccuzi.
High chair, booster seat, kids step stool,potty seat,baby gate and pack and play are in the house always.

Was exactly as advertised, accommodating all our needs, host was excellent to work with, only complaint was the water in the house was extremely hot, which some would not consider a complaint.

The host was absolutely fantastic. She was very friendly and had amazing communication and was extremely helpful. The place was super comfortable for our large group of 12. We never felt like we were on top of each other. Hot tub was very nice to relax in. The host made it a very special stay with little touches like having a s’mores kit set up and water available. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay just outside the city.

We had a great time at this house :) The hot tub, smart TV, and trampoline were a hit with the kids and adults alike. The upstairs kitchen and dining room is quite large and the snack bar is great for the kiddos. The host had lots of toys for the kids and several baby friendly appliances such as a play pen and high chair.
There were a few things to note about our stay experience:
1. The 5th bedroom is attached to the downstairs bathroom and you have to walk through the 5th bedroom to get to the other two bedrooms that are down there.
2. The owner of the property lives in the upstairs of the house and clears out if you rent out the entire house. When we stayed, there was a mishap where a lot of food was left in the upstairs fridge, which meant we had to carry all our food up from the basement fridge. Not a big deal, but would have been more convenient to use the upstairs fridge since we use that kitchen and dining for all of our meals.
3. The back yard needed some maintenance as the weeds had kind of taken over. This would have made getting down to the trampoline in the back yard and use of the fire pit a bit easier/more enjoyable.
Overall, a good place to stay, but would recommend it for a group of less than 9 adults.
