About this apartment rental
This perfectly situated, two-bedroom stay is ideal for both couples or friends visiting town, or for work trips, this corner apartment offers stunning views of the city and the coast from your own private balcony.
When you're not sampling the many nearby eateries, the well-equipped kitchen has all the essentials you'll need to prepare meals at home, including a fridge, freezer, oven, stove, kettle and toaster, and microwave, as well as other cooking basics such as crockery and utensils. Eat in the streamlined, open-plan living and dining area, where a three-seater table and a comfy sofa provide space to kick back and unwind, or slide open the glass doors and step out to the private balcony to enjoy spectacular, panoramic views of the city and coast.
Two light and airy bedrooms sleep three guests, with the spacious first bedroom offering a queen-size bed and the second bedroom offering a single bed. Please note, there is no storage in the single bedroom so clothes will need to be stored in the wardrobe in the main bedroom. In the contemporary, all-white bathroom you’ll find a shower and all the essentials including soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer for your use. Guests can also enjoy a leisurely soak in the bathtub.
Other conveniences include fast Wi-Fi, air-conditioning & heating in the living area.
The property is equipped with basic sundries to help you settle in, perfect for a short visit or to kickstart a longer one. While we don’t replenish these items, we recommend bringing some extras or picking up what you need locally.
Guests will not have access to the letterbox. If you want to receive mail, you will need to have it sent to the local post office for pick up.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourself. Please make yourself at home!
St Kilda Beach is a 15-minute stroll away, offering plenty of options when it comes to dining, entertainment and shopping. Grab an ice-cream and take head out along the pier, take a dip in the sea baths, or relax at a cafe and watch the passersby.
Albert Park is a popular recreational spot for walking, jogging and cycling, as well as rowing and sailing at Albert Park Lake. Nearby you'll find a range of sporting facilities, including a golf driving range and Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre.
Other local attractions include Luna Park, St Kilda Botanical Gardens, and the Palais Theatre.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
