The property has light and bright living spaces with high ceilings throughout, stunning fully equipped kitchen and indoor and outdoor dining for eight. Sunny fully enclosed courtyard with towering tropical greenery.
Ducted heating throughout and large air conditioning unit in the living area
A sun-soaked courtyard at the entrance with traditional white-picket fence. Rear private back yard with festoon lights. You'll love everything about this property.
Bedroom one: Master with king bed and ensuite
Bedroom two: King bed plus single fold out bed if required.
Bedroom three: Two single bed plus trundle mattress.
Free Wifi and linen.
Easy access to tram routes to the city and around Melbourne.
Walking distance to the beach and a stone's throw to Acland and Fitzroy Streets and all of St Kilda's best restaurants and bars.

Location, location, location! This property was easily accessible to everything - shops, supermarket, restaurants, transport - and located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The property is suitable for a family get away to the city and can accommodate a small pet.
