Staying in? The modern and fully-equipped kitchen comes complete with a gas cooktop, oven, full-sized fridge and basic pantry supplies; and with the Queen Victoria Market and South Melbourne Market so close, you’ll be able to take advantage of the incredible fresh produce readily available. Plus, there's a Woolworths and BWS on the ground floor of the apartment building for ultimate convenience.
A light-drenched, charming bedroom comes with a queen bed and built-in mirrored wardrobes, and offers expansive views through the wall of over-sized windows. A sleek, white-tiled bathroom has a toilet, luxe rain shower, large vanity and a laundry area with a washing machine and a dryer.
Additional luxuries include central air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi and a dedicated working desk.
Please note the pool is only available to those guests that are prepared to do an induction. For this reason we no longer advertise the pool as an amenity. Pool inductions (10 minutes) are conducted on Mondays and Wednesdays at 10am and 7pm. Please speak with the concierge at reception regarding inductions. The induction is free. If you intend to use the pool you will need to provide your own pool towel.
*The property is equipped with basic sundries to help you settle in, perfect for a short visit or to kickstart a longer one. While we don’t replenish these items, we recommend bringing some extras or picking up what you need locally.
*Guests will not have access to the letterbox. If guests want to receive mail they will need to have it sent to the local post office for pick up.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
Council restrictions do not allow us to set up lockboxes for keys in this area. Standard check-in time for meet-and-greet is from 3pm-8pm. Check-in after 8pm will incur a $35 fee. If you are running late to meet our key handler, please let us know ASAP. We will need to charge $50 per hour for late arrival to meet our key handler, as this is what the service charges us.
Building management have implemented new strict waste disposal rules. Failure to comply with the following instructions will incur a $250 fine from building management which the offending guest will be liable to pay. Building management uses videos/photos to identify offenders.
- General Rubbish: All small to medium sized rubbish bags are to be disposed of down the rubbish chute. Larger general rubbish items must be taken down to the loading dock and placed in the large general waste bins.
- Recyclable Items: Any small to medium sized recyclable items can be placed down the recycling chute. ‘Small to medium sized’ refers to items similar to the size of milk cartons, cans/tins, detergent bottle, etc.
- Cardboard / Large Recyclable Items: All cardboard boxes and large recyclable items are to be taken down to the loading dock and placed in the large recycling bins. Cardboard boxes are one of the main causes of chute blockages, so please DO NOT place ANY cardboard boxes down the chute.
- Hard Rubbish: All hard rubbish must be disposed of in the hard rubbish enclosure, located in Tower 2 Loading Dock. Residents must gain access to the enclosure via Building Management. Hard Waste Collection occurs on the 3rd Saturday of every Month. This service is not available for full disposal of apartments. DO NOT dispose of any hard rubbish down the chutes.
- Clothing/Charitable Items: Please dispose of any old clothing, bedding, toys, etc., by taking the item down to the Charity Bins located in the loading dock. Residents MUST NOT dispose of broken goods in the charity bins. Any broken / damages good must be disposed of in the hard rubbish enclosure (refer to above process).
