Southbank 2BR APT with Parking walk to Crown and CBD

Apartment is very clean and tidy with great kitchen set up. Great views over towards the Crown Casino and walking distance to many restaurants and NGV. Short uber ride into the CBD or trams and buses available. Host was very helpful and replied to messages promptly. Definitely would stay again.

The location was wonderful and the help with parking at the property was wonderful

There was no inside table and chairs so it was difficult to sit and eat breakfast especially with children. Also no small milk provided even though there was coffee and tea so we had to head out to grab some.

Clean and bright. Elevated views. Two sofas. Relatively inexpensive.

Uncomfortable beds. No dining table and chairs. Limited cutlery and one dinner plate. Couldn’t unpack suitcase as not enough hangers or any drawers to put things away. 5 cheap plastic hangers per wardrobe. Had to pay additional $25 per day to park car on site. Which I felt was misleading as the accommodation reads ‘parking’ Check in was clunky - having to meet someone other than the booking host about 400 metres away from the accommodation and give them $50 cash before they’d release details of car parking. Due to its location it is noisey, surrounded by major roads, therefore you cannot open windows or doors. Constant traffic noise even when inside. Some visible mould in the shower.
