Enjoy stunning window views in this second-floor apartment overlooking Middle Park. This light-filled two-bedroom apartment offers its very own telescope to enjoy views of the CBD and the surrounding area.
Boasting a sunny, cozy living room, deep velvet couches and an electric fireplace for curling up with a good book in winter, this apartment is an easy walk to both Middle Park Beach and the Bay Trail along Beaconsfield Parade, as well as the walking track around Albert Park Lake.
In the living room, velvet couches and armchairs arranged against the walls create ample space to relax after a day spent exploring Albert Park and the nearby beaches of Middle Park and St Kilda.
Corner windows on both sides draw in abundant natural light, and can be opened in the summer to enjoy the fresh breezes wafting off Port Phillip Bay. A telescope next to the window is perfect for close-up views of the CBD.
The living room can also be converted into an airy, bright dining space with the addition of the study desk from the bedroom, which cleverly unfolds to form a full-sized dining room table that seats six.
The large and spacious kitchen, lined with timber trimmings and furnishings, creates an appealing spot to whip up a home-cooked meal.
The master bedroom offers a plush king bed and plenty of storage space, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed.
