About this apartment rental
Bright, welcoming, separate guest room with a shower/toilet and self-catering amenities for 1–2 people on the 1st floor of a large low-energy house. The house is built to eco-friendly standards with a ventilation system that includes pollen and pollutant filters—particularly suitable for people with allergies—underfloor heating, and hardwood or tile floors.
You’ll find everything you need for self-catering. 2 windows, TV, Wi-Fi, 1–2 beds, closet, dresser, nightstands, table, chairs, kitchenette with utensils, iron, ironing board, cleaning supplies, etc. The shower in the shower-toilet is fully accessible with no tripping hazards.
For single-person bookings, we’re happy to place a leather armchair in the room. Additionally, upon request, a rug can be placed in the “Nestchen” (not required, as the room has underfloor heating and hardwood floors). For guests with allergies, we provide special bedding, duvet covers, and pillows. You can also choose the pillow thickness—whether you prefer a thin, flat pillow or a thick one. Please let us know before your arrival, and we’ll take care of everything.
If you’d like to do laundry, this is possible for a small additional fee through the host. A drying rack is generally provided with space.
Your bicycles can be securely locked in our garage. Parking is available at the house and on the street. Please note: The cottage is on the first floor, and a staircase leads up to the house (though you can also reach the entrance via the carport without using the stairs).
Everyone is welcome here, regardless of origin, gender, or religion. The cottage is suitable for 1–2 adults, or 1 adult plus a toddler, child, or teenager.
Treat yourself to a little getaway in Kasel in the beautiful Ruwer Valley, surrounded by vineyards in our house nestled next to a small grove.
Enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside while still being close to medical care, shopping, bus service (one street down), alternative practitioners… and much more.
Would you like to experience a bit of culture and contemporary history? You can do just that in Trier, Germany’s oldest city, located 7 km from Kasel. Or would you prefer to go hiking or biking? That’s also possible—thanks to the various picturesque hiking trails and bike paths in our region.
