Bremen Apartment 1, Cuxhaven/Sahlenburg: A modern, 3-room vacation apartment on the first floor. It was renovated in 2023 and is located in the heart of Sahlenburg. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette, Wi-Fi (for a fee), and a flat-screen TV in the living room. The beautiful sandy beach is about 700 meters away. A bike rental shop is located right nearby. Restaurants and shopping options are in the immediate vicinity.
This tastefully furnished vacation apartment offers space for up to 4 people on approximately 68 square meters and is located in a quiet area very close to the North Sea.
The apartment features a spacious living area with a cozy couch and a flat-screen TV. The open kitchenette is fully equipped with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker. The kitchen table seats up to 4 people, and a high chair is also available upon request.
The apartment has two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds.
The living room opens onto the terrace, where you can enjoy the fresh North Sea air and the view of the surrounding area.
Bed linens, towels, and Wi-Fi can be booked for an additional fee.

Visitor’s Tax
As the property owner or rental agency, we are obligated to collect the applicable visitor’s tax on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.
In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the accommodation price.

Note: Bed linens and towels are not included in the accommodation price. Upon request, you can conveniently add a bed linens and towel package for €30 per person. This way, you can arrive stress-free with light luggage.
