About this cabin rental
River Park Lodge overlooks the Sabinal River just south of Utopia Park Lake. This 4 bed / 2 bath home has a big porch with hot tub and 300 feet of private river frontage. A fully stocked kitchen, nice living area, along with hardwood floors and aspen walls make this house extremely inviting! Linens and towels are provided. 3 rooms have queen beds, and the 4th bedroom has two bunks each with full mattresses. There will be a $110 cleaning fee added to your reservation. NO PETS ALLOWED

Outdoor living space is really nice. Huge covered porch. Grounds have deer in the morning and evening.
Indoor living space is nice. 4 bedrooms modern and clean. Kitchen and dining is great for friends. Large living room.
