Outside, enjoy relaxing on the large, covered porch, the expansive front lawn or the dock. Sit back & relax around the stone fire-pit situated along the peaceful, flowing waters of Minnow Brook. A generously sized driveway with a basketball hoop provides a safe space for children to play. Centrally located between the bustling towns of Inlet and Old Forge, this property provides a multitude of entertaining experiences! This property is located on the snowmobile trail system with ample trailer parking.

Winter in Upstate New York offers diverse outdoor activities, especially in the Adirondack towns of Old Forge, Inlet, and Eagle Bay.
