This property also includes BEACH SERVICE, 2 chairs, 1 umbrella by La Dolce Vita Beach Service. Beach service is available: MARCH 1-OCT 31 (9-5pm, Peak Season) (Weather Permitting)
Professionally renovated in 2023; including luxurious mattresses, linens, and towels to provide the pampering you deserve!
Parking is available outdoors in the main parking area. MAXIMUM 2 CARS PER CONDO.
Your Master bedroom provides you with a relaxing retreat ! This room offers a kind bed and sleeps 2. Enjoy waterfront views and breathtaking sky views from the comfort of your bed. This bedroom retreat also offers a beautiful spa-type attached master full bathroom.

The balcony provides spectacular views from east to west. Ideal location to view the sunrise in the morning and the magnificent sunset in the evenings!
For your convenience, we have installed an electronic keypad on the front door... you'll never have to worry about keys or cards to get into the unit.
Fully equipped kitchen with coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and much more!
The main open area is spacious with plenty of seating for all our guests. High-speed wireless internet access available throughout the condo.
Large capacity washer and dryer available in the condo.
Resort amenities include a well equipped workout facility, three (3) pools, one of which is a heated pool, three (3) heated hot tubs, and outdoor grills.
We are located walking distance to several restaurants and to the pier. Summerwind Inn is a premium resort with high-speed elevators, luggage carts, and a covered entrance.

We have never been to Navarre! This condo and the staff were awesome! We had 6 adults and 2 toddlers. The condo was clean, and beds were comfortable! The views are stunning! This week the water was so calm our toddlers could swim and play. The beach is pristine! Having access to 3 pools and 3 hot tubs was a plus. We enjoyed the lack of busyness in the area, but still had decent amenities close by

We stayed here for my son’s engagement party and the condo was just as advertised. The view is spectacular; occasional dolphin sightings included. The condo included beach towels for everyone, a wagon to tote everything down to the beach, and even a nice welcome basket. We will definitely choose this place for our next stay.

We had an awesome stay at Summerwind 1402! Loved the security, location, cleanliness of condo, pool and hot tub. Also a huge plus was the condo provided a beach wagon, towels and beach toys! Very nice condo and we can’t wait to go back!

Really loved the beautiful location, the view, and the unit Had Everything we could possibly need. Loved the atmosphere and it was very clean. Would definitely stay here again!
