The house is really nice for a group wanting to spend time on the beach. It's in a great location. It appears to be old and worn out a bit and it was stocked with just the bare essentials. For a lower nightly rate, I'd give it a higher rating.

Unobstructed beach view with huge deck and easy access to the beach. 5 min access to Grocery stores like Winn Dixie and Publix. Kitchen, living and dinning area in a line with nice beach view. Two bedrooms with individual restrooms, two bedrooms with one common restroom. One additional bed upstairs. Plenty of utensils, glasses, coffee cups and cutlery . The only thing I missed was a big screen tv. They have small tv in each room ( may be 40inch), but at least the living room should have been big. Overall it was wonderful and I give 5 out of 5.

Right on the beach with beautiful views! Large beachfront deck. Direct access to beach. Kitchen very well equipped. Comfortable beds. House was just perfect for our group. Would definitely rent again.
