Holds up to 8 guests 1 King Sized Beds, 1 Queen & 2 Full beds, & queen-size air mattress. Includes 3 car garage with a and a nice peaceful backyard to relax!. with BBQ & fire pit!. Great place to spend time with family and friends You will find that our home has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Great for business professionals, families, or groups of travelers. Includes games for kids and adults, a well-stocked kitchen, and bathrooms stocked with amenities! Only a few minutes to grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants and more.

Guests have full access to the house You will be able to access the house anytime after
4:00pm. We have a a self check in process and keyless entry for both the house and the garage. Detailed check in instructions which include the access codes will be sent the morning to check in. Please treat our home like yours!.
Other things to note
* Please do not book the home if you are local in Fresno/Clovis area without private messaging me first and receiving approval.
-Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect.
- No parties allowed. Unauthorized a party/event - $250 fine.
-Excessive Guests - $50 fine per person.
- No smoke inside of the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a fee).
-We have 2 security cameras, one on the front door and the other outside in the garage, it's only for security purposes.
-Policy on Pets- Pets are allowed with a $50 pet fee.

The house was clean and beautiful

We arrived at dinner time and the a/c was off. The house was 94 degrees inside. We turned on the a/c but it took all the way to the next morning until it cooled off. The first night we were all hot and uncomfortable. The owner was informed when we arrived and sent us the thermostat manual to disable the programming. It wasn't the programming though, it was just that the a/c was off and not set to a manageable temperature.
We also had ants everywhere. We told the owner and he told us to spray them. Then we showed him that there were 2 piles of ants in the fridge. It was disgusting. Our personal items and food were covered in ants. We notified the owner again and he sent pest control out within a couple hours. It helped but it shouldn't have been an issue to begin with.
The beds are not comfortable. They were all very firm. Also the three bedroom fans are controlled by one remote. When you adjusted the master bedroom fan, the other 2 bedroom fans changed too and vice versa. It was very annoying.
The house was beautiful and the owners were very friendly and communicative but the issues we had would prevent us from staying there again and we wouldn't recommend it to friends.
