This pretty location is close to restaurants and supermarkets and just a 15-minute walk from the beaches of Manilva and the lively Puerto Duquesa. Gibraltar and Marbella are just 30 minutes away by car and Malaga airport in 50 minutes.
This apartment is within walking distance to La Duquesa Golf club and at least another 5 golf courses all within a 15 minute drive so this property makes also makes a perfect location for golfers wanting to play on some of the Costa Del Golf finest courses.
