About this house rental
Situated in a quiet neighborhood a few miles from Winter Park Resort, Fritzie's Place is the perfect getaway for relaxing and enjoying time with family. Our home is fully stocked with everything you need to make the most of your stay, while Winter Park and the larger Grand County area have much to offer visitors of all ages. The neighborhood offers a shuttle to the resort in winter, while the town is only a short walk away. You'll leave refreshed and with fond memories of your time together.
The space
This is a townhouse with three floors. Guests enter on the second floor which has one single-car garage available to guests and one bedroom with an ensuite bath and patio. Downstairs on the first floor offers a second bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a walkout patio with a hot tub. On the top floor is the main living space including the kitchen, living room, patio, two bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom, powder room, and laundry.
Guest access
The only parts of the home that are not accessible are the right garage (facing the property) and the furnace and storage rooms on the first floor.
Other things to note
The property has a lot of stairs and may not be suitable for individuals who have trouble with stairs. We do have one baby gate that we keep on the top level. We are also a kid-friendly home and also have a pack-n-play, high chair, and the bedroom with the two twins has a trundle and a play chest.

Great house, great location and super clean

New, clean and spacious property in a great location close to our favorite restaurants and on the ski shuttle route. Tons of seating in the kitchen with room for everyone to play games. Extra parking space was convenient. Having 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms offered privacy for our friends. Friendly host! We would definitely stay again.
