This villa is located in the famous “ Hilton head Beach and Tennis Resort.,” Offers the largest pool on the island with easy beach access you are steps away from the best pristine white sandy beach along with , tennis, pickleball, an hour a day along with well known restaurants on site. Updated furnishings with a “coastal feel added with the comforts of home . One bedroom one bath villa with queen bed in the master and out out couch in the den is perfect for a couple or a small family.
End unit located in the A building on the third floor with view Towards the ocean offers More room and privacy. Great patio area to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or a nice drink after a wonderful day at the beach. The villa has two flat screen TV’s with free WIfi . Elevators located in the center of the building.
Several well known restaurants on site opened during season
Parking is unassigned. You will be charged a $35 for your car pass with each reservation
24 hour security site. With so many amenities on site you can park the car relax and enjoy the best vacation ever !!!

This unit is small but was perfect for the two of us. We cooked in the unit several times, everything we needed was there. Little bit of a walk to the pool and beach but not so far that we minded. We spent most of our time in the pool. We were quite happy with our vacation! Host was responsive & helpful.

For many years we would always pick up our parking pass from the guard at the gate. Now everyone has to turn around and go back to the main office to pick up the parking pass. The desk clerk pulls it of a standing organization the same way that the guard always did.

Condo was clean and had many updates. Plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware. Being an end unit had extra windows that allowed more light. Was very quiet, did not hear noise from neighboring units. Had a great view from balcony. The property manager was great. She communicated all information in a fast and timely manner.

My husband and I stayed in this villa for a week and it satisfied all of our needs! The view was amazing and it wasn't a far walk to the beach. The villa had plenty of utensils and appliances! Thank you for making our stay wonderful!
