The apartment does not offer a power generator in case of a power outage. We do provide flashlights.
Also in case water interruption Costa Brava complex is not equipped with water tanks.
We let the pool/gym keys in the key lock
for the guest to use.If these keys are lost the guest must pay a $150 fee.
Also if you need to buy tickets for the ferry and can’t do it online, let us know, we can buy them for you. TWO SETS OF STAIRS ARE TAKEN TO ARRIVE IN THE CONDO

Amazing place to stay. Easy access to beaches, food, parks, and ferry to other islands. Only issue we had was the roof on the awning was being replaced and was not informed of this until arrival info. As well as screws, metal shards and construction supplies being left all over the terrace that created a hazard to include foot cuts.

Host was very nice and give steps by steps on everything. Place is clean and the view from the rooftop gives you a different perspective. Sitting there and listening to the coquís was great

My family stayed here and we loved it. Place was clean ! Had hot water and everything you need . Amigo and stores are close . Host was awesome. I highly recommend this listing.

Very responsive host, believe the welcome package is a bit intimidating at one point I almost cancel and stay at a hotel. We went forward the place was clean, love the terrace and all the snacks. One night we returned late and the gate was not working and for an hour waited outside till we decide to jump the fence, walked to the house get the side door key and return to open for an old lady. Other than that we enjoy our stay.
