Experience living where locals live. Enjoy the east side of the island from our house, with ample space for up to 6 guests. Enjoy A/C in all areas, closets, a carport/terrace and grass backyard.

The space
Welcome to our neighborhood: Santa Isidra in Fajardo.
Centrally located to access the main attractions the east side of the island has to offer, we invite you to make our home your hub to explore Fajardo, the east and beyond.
The first floor of this house features a spacious 3 bedrooms / 2 full bathrooms, a full and equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable family room. The carport offers extra living area, a laundry and a sitting area with a gas grill.
New beds, mattresses and A/Cs on each bedroom. The common family/dining/kitchen area also features an A/C to ensure comfortable temperature during your stay.
The house is prepared for up to 6 guests, with 4 beds: 2 queens and 2 twin.
For the adventure, we will have for you beach towels, chairs, sand toys and a cooler.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the first floor of the house, the carport and grass patio area.
Other things to note
- Please consider our neighborhood and neighbors.
- Expect normal sounds like dogs, lawn mowers and even chickens.
- Quiet time: 9PM-7AM
The second floor of this house rents independently. If you wish to add up to 6 more guests to your reservation, we can share the link for the whole house.
