We loved the location. Used the bikes that are included a lot. Rented a golf cart which I recommend! Neighbors are super nice and friendly! Not a whole lot of hang out/living room space but wasn't an issue for us since we stayed busy!

We picked the location because we were close to beach. Since we stayed there long term, we cooked a lot and the kitchen was well furnished with everything we needed to cook and bake. We were able to walk everywhere. Also, very safe and friendly neighborhood.
