This loft-style unit will have you close to the action of the Geneva-on-the-Lake strip! Within steps of bars, restaurants and entertainment. Jade Terrace is located on the east end of the Strip between Geneva Township Park and GOTL Brewing Company.

• Do not use hair dye of any kind.
• Do not use bath linens to clean up any messes or spills.
• Pet owners – please refrain from allowing pets on furniture or bedding.
• Please clean up after your pet(s), both indoors and in the yard.
• Put any and all trash bags in the can outside.
• Pets are allowed in our units marked pet friendly only. A pet, or any evidence of a pet found on the property, that was not previously disclosed by charging you the pet fee and can result in immediate eviction. DOGS ONLY- maximum 2 dogs, unless previously authorized.
• Please note, this home is near Lake Erie, so you may encounter outdoor insects like spiders or mosquitoes. Refunds will not be issued due to area insects.

The host was responsive and super accommodating! We were able to extend our vacation for another night easy peasy despite our request being rather last minute! Pet friendly with plenty of board games provided!

We rented three cottages for a couples trip and this was by far the nicest one. We were a little worried about headroom in the loft for the tall men, but it was higher in person than it appeared in pics (still not ideal for a 6’5” person though). The stairs are a little risky for someone who has had a few drinks and wants to run down to the bathroom in the dark, but overall super cute spot. The porch was really nice to hang out on, although the only view is of the back of the main house (the lake may be visible from the front porch of THAT property). Pack your own amenities…no shampoo or soap provided for showering.
