About this house rental

3 bedroom house located 1.7 miles from the beautiful Westerly Beaches. Large yard for cookouts. New patio has been installed with barbecue island, fire pit, outside shower and a 6 person hot tub. There is 2 car garage for plenty of secured storage for jet skis, paddle boards, kayaks, etc. House has 2 family rooms with smart tv’s, the lower level family room has a wood burning stove. House sleeps 10 with the two brand new queen sleeper sofas with mattresses just added. House has 1.5 bathrooms with the outdoor shower for additional showering capabilities.

House was clean and well appointed. It is conveniently located to all major activities. Outside seating, fire pit and hot tub were great to have. Check in was a breeze. There are several places in the house to gather in groups.

Matthew was very responsive and friendly. Location is great! 10 mins to the beach and plenty of reataurants near by.

It was very nice and clean close to the beach and Walmart. The backyard was very hot at dinner time.

The house was extremely clean and very very well stocked. The hot tub and back patio were fabulous. The host was always quick to respond. Highly recommend!
