Located near the Baltic Sea resorts of Rerik (5 km) and Kühlungsborn (9 km), this cozy and child-friendly vacation rental is nestled in a green setting and serves as the perfect starting point for your vacation.
The 51-square-meter vacation rental for 3 people on the first floor features a living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 balconies, a bathroom, and a garden where guests can play or relax. Free parking is available on the property and on the adjacent streets.
The small wellness area in the basement features a sauna, a Jacuzzi whirlpool (for 2 people), a rain shower, and 3 loungers. This wellness area can be booked by our guests free of charge, subject to availability, to relax there undisturbed for one or two hours.
Washing machines and dryers are also available to guests in the basement.
Key pickup is contactless via a key safe on-site.

Pets are not allowed in this vacation rental. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, but you are welcome to smoke on the two balconies or in the outdoor area.

Our exclusive, separately bookable linens package includes not only a bathrobe but also towels, bed linens, and dish towels.
The included starter kit also contains a dish sponge, dish soap, a few dishwasher tablets, and toilet paper.

The first bedroom features a double bed (180x200) and curtains. From the smaller bedroom, which has a single bed and curtains as well, you can step out onto the smaller balcony (facing north/east), where you’ll be greeted by the morning sun.
The cozy living/dining area with a kitchenette opens onto the larger balcony, which faces south/west and overlooks the garden. This shared garden, complete with a seating area and barbecue facilities, is the perfect spot for gathering, playing, and relaxing.
