On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room with a wood-burning stove, an open, fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and a double bed.
The natural garden surrounding the property features a wooden pavilion and a furnished terrace with a barbecue—perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals outdoors. The location is great for exploring by car or bike.
Nearby, the Baltic Sea resorts of Rerik (4 km) and Kühlungsborn (9 km) offer sandy beaches, piers, promenades, and restaurants. Day trips to Bastorf lighthouse, the "Wonnemar" wellness pool in Wismar, or the Hanseatic towns of Wismar and Rostock (both 30 km) are ideal for variety. Ferries from Rostock even allow for day trips to Denmark.
