About this house rental
Lovers of the mountains, we have made our dream of renovating this old farmhouse from 1797 come true, located at the foot of the Parmelan (780m above sea level) in a small hamlet 10 minutes from the lake, 15 minutes from Annecy and 25 minutes from the resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand.
Spread over 4 levels, we have fitted out the spaces keeping the authentic spirit of the chalet while giving it a warm modernity.
. On the first level is a beautiful kitchen open to a small cokooning living room with its wood stove. There is also a laundry area, washing machine, pantry, and WC.
. On the second level a large dining room with views of the mountains through large bay windows. You can enjoy a small balcony to sunbathe.
. On the third floor is the night side, with 3 beautiful bedrooms of about 13m2, the first of which has its private bathroom (shower and sink). The other two share another bathroom with shower and double sink. On the landing there is a second toilet.
Each bedroom has access to a south-west facing balcony that runs the length of the house.
. Finally we go up to the last level and arrive at the main room of the house, a large living room of 40 m2 cathedral effect with a beautiful balcony, an exceptional panoramic view. Possibility to play the piano or do yoga facing the mountains, mats are available.
There is also the fourth bedroom (16m2) which is a large master suite with its bathroom (double sink shower and WC)

Seven of us spent two wonderful summer holiday weeks in rural Dingy. The chalet offers plenty of space inside and impresses with an unusual but very cosy room layout. The location is perfect for a holiday around Annecy between the mountains and the lake, with its crystal-clear, turquoise waters and beautiful bathing opportunities. The chalet is situated high up and offers spectacular views over the countryside, but is easily accessible by car. The road directly in front of the chalet is quiet with hardly any traffic. The terrace outside was a bit cramped for seven people to eat on, but ultimately not a problem as there is more seating around the chalet. The equipment in the modern kitchen offers everything you need. Contact with the landlords was easy, friendly and quick. We can only recommend a holiday in this charming chalet.
