Just steps away from the Pitkin Creek bus stop and Simms Grocery Market, you are never far away from anything you`ll need during your vacation. After a day on the mountain unwind by the wood fireplace or soak in the hot tub, seen from the condo balcony. This secluded corner unit with three private bedrooms is the right choice for your basecamp for all things Vail!

This condo is nestled near the entrance of East Vail. East Vail has a grocery store, a liquor store, and one restaurant at the Vail Racquet Club. We recommend getting groceries at the City Market or Safeway (5-10 minute drive). The local grocery here has a limited stock and should ideally be used in a pinch.
East Vail is home to beautiful waterfalls in the summer, dramatic mountains, and snow covered couloirs in the winter. East Vail is truly perfect if you want to be immersed in nature, yet minutes from Vail Village.
Enjoy the complimentary town shuttle, operating every 15 minutes during peak ski season. While we recommend a vehicle to explore the surrounding areas, it is definitely not necessary.

Just wrapped up an awesome week at this beautiful three-bedroom VRBO in Vail, and I’d stay again in a heartbeat. The space is clean, cozy, and modern—perfect for families or groups looking to relax after a day on the slopes or a hike. Being so close to the mountains meant we could literally step outside and be immersed in that stunning alpine scenery in seconds. Quiet evenings with mountain views comfy living space vacation perfection. Highly recommend if you want a stress-free, beautiful getaway!

We had a wonderful time. The living areas were very comfortable and charming. We had everything we needed and they provided accurate and timely information throughout the whole process.

Nestled in a quiet and lovely neighborhood. Beds and spaces were clean and updated. We enjoyed the layout and our pups had lots of places to relax. The fireplace was amazing and we appreciated enough wood to get us through the weekend. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. We also enjoyed early check in which made our first day extra special. We would recommend this place to any of our families and friends.
