Exquisite family retreat in scenic East Vail, nestled along the bank of Gore Creek. Immerse yourself in nature's symphony and majestic mountain vistas through open windows and doors. This expansive home spans two levels, featuring a fully equipped chef's kitchen, perfect for group dining. Unwind by the gas fireplace after adventurous mountain days. Summer allure awaits on the back deck's rocking chairs. Get away in the large study adjoining the living space. Your idyllic mountain escape awaits.
First floor:
Walk into the grand common area where you are greeted with a gourmet kitchen, dining area, living area, and sounds of Gore Creek just behind the home.
- The gourmet kitchen has everything that a chef desires at their fingertips, ready to make any meal.
- Stainless steel appliances
- Gas oven
- Dining table with room for 6.
- Kitchen island with seating for 4.
- Wet bar with easy access to living area.
- 1/4 bath for guests.
- Gas fireplace.
- 2 plush leather sofas and leather arm chair.
- Access to the back patio where you will be completely immersed in the sounds of Gore Creek.
You will also find a few more important rooms on the first floor!
- Bedroom 1: Just inside the front door: queen bed with ensuite bath.
- Bedroom 2: Tucked away privately with large glass doors and windows looking at Gore Creek. Complete with a beautiful master bath and jacuzzi tub.
- Reading room: Separating the living areas from the master is the large reading room with floor to ceiling windows displaying views of the dramatic East Vail mountains. The room has a roll top desk for work as well as a comfortable sofa.
- Laundry room and garage access can also be found just around the kitchen corner.
Third Floor: An abundancy of beds and bedrooms

This home is nestled near the entrance of East Vail. East Vail has a grocery store, a liquor store, and one restaurant at the Vail Racquet Club. We recommend getting groceries at the City Market or Safeway (5-10 minute drive). The local grocery here has a limited stock and should ideally be used in a pinch.
East Vail is home to beautiful waterfalls in the summer, dramatic mountains, and snow covered couloirs in the winter. East Vail is truly perfect if you want to be immersed in nature, yet minutes from Vail Village.
While we always recommend having a vehicle, it is not necessary for this property. The home is near a Town of Vail bus stop that runs every 15 minutes in the winter and 30 in the summer (until it doesn't, then you are best served with a taxi).
There is plenty of parking for 4 vehicles. While there is a garage, it is best suited for one car max.
Cleaning is available during your stay for an extra charge depending on the service you require.
