2 bedrm Venice, large, quite

The neighborhood is quiet, the property well-kept, and has a nice outdoor area with seating. It is conveniently located in Venice and its surrounding areas including the - beaches, downtown, shopping, etc. The inside is exceptionally clean, and the kitchen has everything you need (silverware, cooking items, dishes, etc.) I found the bed extremely comfortable, I love that the closet has hangers, and, as a person who tends to run 'cold' even when the air conditioner is set to a reasonable temperature, the host has extra blankets which is a HUGE plus for me! Though I did not have questions during my stay, my interactions with the host at the time of booking, he was extremely responsive, kind, and generous. My only complaint was not about the property, nor the host, and most likely was nothing he has control over. The property is a split level, so others rented the property upstairs during my stay. They were discourteous, stomped around like a herd of elephants upstairs, and dropped ashes from their cigarettes onto the hood of my car (I also had a paddleboard on the roof of my vehicle covered in a board bag, which could have ignited from their actions.) Again, this is not an issue I hold against the property or the host, but it is something to consider. Otherwise, this is a great property, a wonderful host, and a place I will stay again (although, possibly the top floor the second time around!)

Check in was easy and good communication. Nicely decorated with everything I wanted. Loved the quiet and friendly neighborhood that was convenient to everything I wanted!
