We travel as a large family a lot and have high standards because of this. I can't say enough good things about this cabin. It was a beautiful cabin, with gorgeous views, spacious for our family of six and had something for everyone. It was clean and homey from the moment we walked in. The game room, with PS3, arcade games, and the pool table was a hit for our 4 children. The hot tub was amazing after a long day of exploring. The grill was a great addition for nights we didn't want to eat out. Bedrooms were perfect for the kids, it didnt feel as if we were all piled on top of each other. Communication with the host was also top notch. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Next time we come to Pigeon Forge for a visit, this is where we want to stay again. Home away from home.

We ( 3 couples) took a road trip and spent our last 3 nights at this beautiful cabin. Comfortable beds, beautiful view, lots of space to be together and separate. Cooked some, ate out some played lots of games. Enjoyed a day tubing, played a bit of mini golf, did an escape room and did a little bit of shopping. Had a great time!

Our family had a wonderful day in the Smoky Mountains. This was our third time visiting. Second time in the same area of cabins. While our cabin was just fine, there are definitely improvements that need to be made. When we first arrived, crumbs were noted on the kitchen table, leaving me to believe not a thorough cleaning job in between renters was performed. There are some cabinets/doors and bathrooms, missing doors and door knobs. Wooden blinds throughout, are very dusty. Dishwasher had standing water in the base, which maintenance did come try to fix. However, dishes still did not get washed and had a bad smell to them, likely due to the standing water. Master bathroom upstairs shower pressure was very minimal. The carpeting in the lowest level had lots of stains and in one area there was a large hairball noted. So not even sure if this was vacuumed before our stay. Despite these issues, we still had a great time visiting the Smoky Mountains. Hopefully the rental company and owners will address the above issues for future renters.Our kids had lots of fun on the car racing game. We took in some beautiful sunsets in the hot tub. Definitely some of the highlights of our trip!

For what we paid I wasn’t fully happy with my stay. Overall the cabin was clean. I spotted a few stray hairs, but I get it. Trying to open the door was aggravating and I couldn’t pull the video up because I had no signal and you can’t copy and paste from the chat. I had to type everything in to try and watch the video and was unsuccessful. We had 11 people and weren’t left enough towels and washcloths for everyone. We were told the wrong address for the pool 3 times. They reimbursed what we had to pay because we were sent to the wrong spot, but that was frustrating. Lastly, we were attracted to this cabin because of the jacuzzi tubs in the 2 bedrooms the adults would occupy and they didn’t work. They sent a tech out and he was able to fix one but not the other. We probably wouldn’t stay at this particular cabin again, but would possibly stay at a different one from the Avayda company.
