- There is a camera by the pool for liability reasons ONLY. We do not actively watch it and only review it when there is an incident,
- The pool is CLOSED from November 1st - March 1st
- There are 2 gas fireplaces, both are off limits from May 1st - September 1st.

Very quiet, clean….family, pet, and kid friendly. Very spacious with a great view of horses in the evening. Had an awesome time.
