This walkable area has nearby restaurants, coffee shops and nightlife. Take a quick ride on the water taxi to catch a Seahawks game and check out the popular Seattle attractions.
Inside you'll find original vintage flare mixed with modern features and mid century style furnishings.
The host resides locally and is available from 7am - 10pm to assist guests.
The location offers easy access to Downtown Seattle in 15-20 minutes and a short distance to ferry terminals to explore nearby Vashon or Bainbridge Islands. Seacrest Dock is just 5-mins away if you prefer to take a 10-min water taxi ride to Downtown Seattle Waterfront.
Alki blends a laid-back, beach-town atmosphere with an array of exciting restaurants, shops, and bars strewn along Alki Avenue.
The entrance to the building is shared with the upper level apartment. An interior hallway beyond that shared entrance leads to the front entry door of this apartment.
Guests will be given a personalized door code for the duration of their stay.
Alki Beach offers breathtaking scenery of the Seattle Skyline, Olympic Mountains and Elliot Bay. You may even spot a pod of Orcas cruising around Puget Sound during peak season.

Enter on the ground floor to our 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. An abundance of windows throughout the apartment provide plenty of natural light for a bright and invigorating environment.
The spacious main bedroom has a King size bed and a workspace with desk and chair.
The second and third bedrooms each have a twin size bed. *The third bedroom has a wardrobe rack in lieu of a closet.
Our cozy combination living and dining area has a 45" Smart TV with popular streaming apps for guests to log into.
The kitchen has a full size updated range/oven, full size refrigerator, coffee station, microwave and a toaster. All the basic kitchen equipment for preparing and cooking meals is included.
The bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo, a vanity and storage cabinets.
The West Seattle Water Taxi is the best way to get to and from downtown Seattle. Just 5 minutes drive to the Seacrest Dock off the east end of Alki Beach will take you to the Downtown Seattle Waterfront in 15 minutes. There is street side parking if you prefer to drive yourself. Downtown is about 20 minutes away, and Uber/Lyft are widely available.

*Our apartment is on the middle floor of a 3 story historic home with original wood floors. The floors are are creaky in some areas. Please be aware that you may experience creaking floors while moving about the apartment, as well as footsteps and muffled sounds from guests in the apartment above.
If a perfectly quiet accommodation with no adjacent neighbors is a must, our place may not be a good fit for your stay.
*Our home has efficient baseboards heaters in each room, but is not equipped with air conditioning.
*The laundry room is shared with the upper apartment. Each apartment has their own machines, but the machines are in a common area on the basement level of the building. The laundry machines are free.
