House Rules
Sea Watch charges $65 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

I loved the big couch for all of us to sit on. I also liked how YouTube was only accessible in the master bedroom so we could approve what the kids could watch. A basic coffee maker would have been nice as I don't own a Keurig. It does need some updated pots and pans but overall a nice stay.

3 adults and 2 small kids stayed comfortably. This is a corner condo, so it is pretty private & quiet. Everything is just an elevator ride and short walk away. Beds are comfortable, and there are tvs in every room.
Kids (1 & 5) enjoyed the playground, pools, game room.
We would definitely stay here again!

Loved this little condo! Perfect for our family vacation. The views from both of the balconies are spectacular! & loved the amenities for the kids. Would definitely stay here again!
