About this house rental
Walk out the back door to the dock located on deep water and enjoy everything lake life has to offer. The covered dock allows you to bring your boat to the house and get out on the water at ease. This house is an easy 30 minute drive to Clemson University for football games or other activities. The 4BR/3 Bath home allows you and your family ample space to spread out and relax. From April through October, rental includes 2 paddle boards and one kayak, as well as a deep water dock you can tie your boat up to if you choose. Wifi, linens, towels, toiletries and most amenities included.

Our biggest regret was not staying long enough! Everything about the property was amazing! Location, the dock, the view, the house all surpassed our expectations! We cooked during our weekend and had everything we needed. Thank you Kevin! We definitely want to do this trip again with the rest of the family!

We have a great time floating/swimming in the lake. Nice neighbors. Wished I would have asked if we could have visited the club house in the association. We would stay there again. Thanks so much!

Beautiful home and view of the lake. Plenty of space for our extended family to spread out. Kevin was an excellent host, and we definitely plan to rent the house again in the future!
