Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Security camera details: Surveillance cameras are in use in the common areas only.
Dock details: Dock/pier is for sightseeing and to see the beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. No boat docking or boat tying of any kind is permitted. No fishing or diving off the dock is permitted.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

A huge unit easily fits 10-12 people. Some issues with age, but an overall good, rustic vibe. Great to be on the beach and at the extreme edge of Lakeland, especially during major holidays.

Great location. However, the door code to enter the unit would not work. After communicating with the property management team the ONLY way to receive a new code was to be locked out completely. So their company process to provide a new code is to have you inconvenienced and locked out of the unit. Call them and sit on hold for another 40 mins. Hopefully they have 24/7 customer service…? They gave us 1 key for the stay on a front door that automatically locks behind you. This made our check in process extremely frustrating and our stay difficult to always make sure someone walking outside had a key just to get a breath of fresh air. The unit was clean but beat up. Some lights didn’t work, some doors didn’t close, headboards on beds not attached, dishwasher was out of order with a laminated sign saying it didn’t work, so obviously it hasn’t worked in a while. Was it clean? Sure, but more like a clean frat house.
