This 2022 home was designed for real life with room to move. It sleeps 11 with space to work, engage, and play, for grown ups and kids. Ample storage for gear, comfy seating, and a chef's dream kitchen. Patio dining & fire pit to enjoy those sunsets, dark skies, stars & marshmallows. Even a fenced yard for your pups. $35 pet fee/stay. Quiet woodsy neighborhood, yet just a few minutes to downtown, shopping, restaurants, & interstates. Great for families, traveling professionals, and digital nomads.

There are 5 sleeping rooms. 3 Bedrooms all with king beds, plus an en suite room to the largest bedroom for 3 kids to sleep close to parents. There are bunk beds with a twin on top and a full size mattress below. It is attached via the very large bathroom, with walk in shower and oversized soaking tub. The front “flex” TV room is more of a kid/teenage hang out room with 2 twin day beds forming a large sectional couch by day and beds by night. There is a dedicated closet for those sleeping there.

Create family style meals with a huge pantry full favorite appliances and cooking gadgets. The pantry also has lots of empty shelves for all your groceries. The kitchen table seats 8 plus 4 more at the kitchen island/bar. There is seating for 11 outside to enjoy a warm fire at night, or with coffee in the morning.

There are lists of popular restaurants and activities for kids and grown ups. We have a pack & play, high chair, lots of board games, BIG Jenga, dog toys and treats. This space was designed for people to easily interact and engage, but still have your own private spaces. Although we want people to have fun, this is not a party house, nor should be treated like a frat house. Noise complaints will be taking very seriously. Just good clean family fun, please.
