Spacious 3BR/2BA Vail Condo – Hot Tub, Pool, Easy Village Access
Enjoy the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and mountain charm in this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located just minutes from Vail Village. Whether you're skiing in winter or hiking in summer, our condo is the ideal home base for families and groups.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Loft Bedroom: One queen and one full bed
Located at the top of steep interior stairs. The loft features built-in privacy screens that help block the overlook into the living area, but please note it does not have a door.
Den: Queen sleeper sofa
Please note: All bedrooms have window blinds, but they are not blackout blinds.
Fully Equipped Kitchen:
The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and dishes you’ll need. A breakfast bar offers casual seating, and the dining area is perfect for shared meals.
Living Room:
The updated living area offers plenty of comfortable seating and a large flatscreen TV with Roku, Netflix, and free Wi-Fi—ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure.
Home Essentials:
Full-size washer and dryer
Two parking spots (one assigned, one in a shared lot)
One flight of exterior stairs to reach the unit
Steep interior stairs to loft—please use caution

This well-appointed condo offers everything you need for a memorable mountain vacation—comfortable sleeping space, convenient amenities, and easy access to everything Vail has to offer.
We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and laundry detergent—enough to comfortably get you through a typical stay. If you need additional supplies during your visit, the on-site market makes it easy and convenient.
Our condo does not have air conditioning, as the cool mountain air usually keeps things comfortable. For best results, we recommend opening the windows during the cooler evening and early morning hours to let in fresh air. Ceiling fans are installed in the main living area and loft to help circulate the breeze throughout the day.

We had a great stay here! The location was absolutely perfect since my husband had to daily attend a conference in Vail Village. The pool and hot tub were also lovely for a summer trip! We really enjoyed the balcony in the morning overlooking the mountains with lots of hummingbirds flying right up to the trees. I would have given 5 stars but they changed all the living room furniture without updating the pictures so that was a surprise when we arrived and it was too tight all 6 of us to watch tv without someone sitting on the floor. Also the bedrooms really need curtains, they get so bright in the morning and the upstairs loft bedroom has no door so that should have been noted. The kitchen was well stocked with all you could need and the dining room table seated 6 well. The common space is just small and so is the kitchen. But we had a great stay overall and I would definitely recommend this place.

This property was great for our annual girls trip. It had all the necessities we could have asked for, kitchen was well appointed and the bedside chargers were a total win! He has thought of everything for this place! We had a great weekend and would book this again!

Excellent experience in every way. The condo was exactly as described. The hosts were thorough with instructions and tips prior to our arrival and responsive during our stay. We had a great time!
