We had beautiful weather all week and enjoyed a lot of beach time. The rental property is in a great location and the beach isn’t crowded in our area. The only improvement for the house is the mattress in the master bedroom is in poor condition and needs replacing. We love all the updates the owner made this year as far as the paint and decor. The kitchen is well stocked and spacious, great for cooking!

We have been staying at this property the past couple of years. Usually we come down in August but this time we wanted to stay earlier in the season. We absolutely love it here. Just a short walk to the beach, and plenty of room for everyone. We noticed they recently painted which was a nice surprise. Thank you so much for letting us into this wonderful home in our favorite town to spend summer!

Property was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. We did wish there was a TV in the Master suite as we had a toddler with us & would have made bedtime easier. You are expected to do a good amount of cleaning before you leave which we typically always do but as a heads up to other guest who may not enjoy to.
